Terms and Conditions
Since all items are made to order, no exchange or refund is available. Cancelling an order is only possible within 7 days or less after the confirmation date.
All measurements provided are the responsibility of the customer placing the order. All details and specifications must be listed in the order form, including color and any changes (orders are processed based on the form only).
Payment
- Confirmation of an order requires a 30% non-refundable down payment.
- Full payment is required for international orders, including shipping (tax is not included in the price).
- Orders will be sent for delivery only after full payment has been completed.
Alterations
- We offer free alterations within the UAE only, provided the request is made at least 7 days in advance.
- Alterations are not available for international orders.
- When placing an order, please consider the delivery date and possible alteration time (if needed).
Disclaimer
- Despite our efforts to provide accurate images of each product, colors may vary slightly due to lighting and device screen settings. Clearer videos are available on our Instagram highlights.
- Dresses made with different materials in the same color may vary slightly due to the nature of fabrics such as feathers and beads.
Confirmation and Delivery
- Any order not picked up within 20 working days after being ready will be automatically cancelled.
- Delivery fees are 30 AED for local orders and 200 AED per piece for international orders (unless stated otherwise in the Instagram catalog).
Orders are confirmed only after submitting complete details in the form, accurate measurements, and payment.
